My dog resides within Vineland
My dog is properly licensed and vaccinated
Contest Participation
I understand there is a $12 non-refundable registration fee and registration includes:

- One (1) event bandana
- One (1) ticket to the Pet Expo

*Please note: To uphold the utmost safety standards, the Paws on The Ave Pet Expo does not
allow domestic pets in the event (service animals excluded). The included (1) ticket to the event
does not qualify your dog to attend. Only the top 5 finalists will be invited to the expo.*

Voting & Conduct
I agree not to engage in fraudulent voting practices
I understand that suspicious activity may result in disqualification
Media Release
I grant permission for my dog’s name, image, and submitted content to be used in
promotional materials, social media, and event marketing
Liability Waiver
I understand that event organizers are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages
related to participation
Organizer Rights
 I acknowledge that organizers reserve the right to:
- Disqualify entries that violate rules
- Modify contest structure or timeline if necessary

Eligibility Requirements
 Dog must reside within Vineland city limits
 Dog must be currently licensed with the City of Vineland (licensing information can be
found at vinelandcity.org/licensing)
 Owner must be 18 years or older
 One entry per dog (owners may submit multiple dogs, but each requires a separate
registration)
Submission Requirements
 Completed registration form
 Payment of $12 entry fee
 1–3 high-quality photos of the dog
 Short bio (50–100 words) and answers to questions
Disqualification Criteria
 Incomplete or unverifiable licensing
 Aggressive or unsafe behavior (reported or observed)
 Offensive or inappropriate submission content
 Fraudulent voting activity tied to the entry
Voting Format (Tournament Style)
There will be multiple voting rounds (number of rounds tbd based on number of
contestants) with the bottom percentage eliminated each round.
Voting will conclude on July 12 th and the top 5 finalists will be invited to the Paws on The
Ave Pet Expo for the announcement of the winner
Voting Rules
 Voting is open to the public (no residency requirement)
 Limit voting to 1 vote per person per day
 No purchase required to vote
 Automated or bot voting results in disqualification
 Organizer reserves the right to audit and adjust votes if fraud is detected
