The Wheels on The Ave Auto Expo & Swap Meet is held during the annual Cruise Down Memory Lane on Saturday June 13th. Vendor tables for this indoor expo start at just $40 and we’re looking for:

• Auto industry product and service providers
• Mechanics & body shops
• Model or toy car sellers & traders
• Anyone looking to buy or sell new/used parts and tools

Vendor Rules & Regulations

Vendor Fee & Space

• Vendor fee is $40 per table (non-refundable).
• Each vendor will be assigned a designated space with the table(s) reserved
• Vendors must be fully set up before doors open.
• Breakdown begins only after event closes.

Permitted Items

• Automotive-related parts, tools, accessories, collectibles, and memorabilia are encouraged.
• Non-automotive items must be pre-approved by event organizers.

Prohibited Items

• No firearms, weapons, or illegal items.
• No hazardous materials (fuel, chemicals, flammable liquids, etc.).
• No food or beverage sales.
