Food Vendor Rules & Regulations
ALL VENDORS MUST BE ON-SITE one hour PRIOR TO event Start time.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Vendor must provide own table and tent.
- Vendor must provide own power generator if needed.
- Only one trailer per food vendor license.
- Generators must be quiet
- Trailers cannot splatter grease.
ALL VENDORS MUST VACATE THEIR ALLOCATED SPACE NO LATER THAN ONE HOUR AFTER THE EVENT END TIME. PLAN YOUR LAST SALE ACCORDINGLY. OFFENDERS MAY BE TICKETED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
FIRE PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR FOOD VENDORS USING OPEN FLAME TO PREPARE FOOD.
ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ITINERATE LICENSE AND INSPECTION FROM THE CITY OF VINELAND HEALTH DEPARTMENT (856)794-4000 X413
POWER SOURCE: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN POWER GENERATOR.
POWER GENERATOR MUST BE QUIET.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 3 Weeks Prior to the Event Start Date, or until all spaces are filled. All applications and fees must be received by the registration deadline. Any applications and fees received after this date will be returned.
